Most of our staff has been with Dr. Jackson for over 10 years and some for close to 20 years. From the office manager and front desk assistant you will see an emphasis on service. They will help you make appointments, discuss how you may maximize your insurance benefits, answer any billing questions, and keep you feeling relaxed. Our trained hygienists and assistants provide the highest quality of care.
No question is too small to ask any team member. We have monthly staff meetings to constantly hone our craft and service skills and believe we have the most talented and helpful group of professionals in the area. We are sure that after just a few visits, you’ll feel like family.
