Most of our staff has been with Dr. Glenn Jackson for over 10 years and some for more than 20 years. From the office manager and front desk assistant you will see an emphasis on service. They will help you make appointments, discuss how you may maximize your insurance benefits, answer any billing questions, and keep you feeling relaxed. Our trained hygienists and assistants provide the highest quality of care.No question is too small to ask any team member. We have monthly staff meetings to constantly hone our craft and service skills and believe we have the most talented and helpful group of professionals in the area. We are sure that after just a few visits, you’ll feel like family.


Dr. Glenn Jackson, DMD

Dr J, as he’s referred to by most of his staff and patients, graduated from Rutgers University Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He attended Fairleigh Dickenson Dental School, where he graduated second in his class. He is a member of the Mass Dental Society and ADA. In his spare time he plays in a rock band, playing the keyboards and occasionally other instruments. He enjoys sports, especially skiing, tennis and volley ball. He has served the Maynard area at the same location for over 30 years, enjoying the science and art of dentistry as it relates to improving the quality of his patients lives.


Kate Palmaccio

Office Manager
Kate the great” started her dental career at a very young age in 1996, joining Dr. J. part time. After completing her business degree at Middlesex, she continued on as office manager. Today, she uses her business expertise to manage accounts receivable and other financial aspects of the practice. As a former long time Maynard resident, she proudly provides efficient, friendly care to all our patients, with a smile. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her son, Jax.


Barbara Hamel, RDH

Registered Dental Hygienist
Barbara graduated from Middlesex Community College in 1979 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. She then continued her education at Northeastern University in Health Management. She is a resident of Chelmsford, MA, where she lives with her children Rachel and Nick. Having worked with Dr. Jackson for over 25 years, she feels honored to provide dental care with such a highly skilled team of providers and staff members. When out of the office, she loves spending time with her friends and family enjoying summer vacations in Maine and winter vacations on the ski slopes.


Nicole Quinn, RDH

Registered Dental Hygienist
Nicole graduated from Quinsigamond Community College as the president of the dental hygiene class of 2015, where she earned her RDH degree and license to administer local anesthesia. Nicole’s unique approach to oral health encompasses total body health to ensure her patients live happy, healthy, smiley life styles. When not providing relaxing, thorough treatment , Nicole enjoys an adventurous life with her significant other and their pet, bearded dragon Carl. Nicole can’t wait to meet you!


Aeriel Lafayette

Administrative Assistant
Aeriel graduated from Wachusett High School in 2011 and is currently enrolled at the Funeral Institute of New England working on a mortuary science degree. She enjoys handling the specialized instruments used in a busy dental practice, as well as assisting her colleagues wherever she is needed. When not at work or school Aeriel likes to go to concerts and spend time with her best friends and family.


Tina Arsenault

Registered Dental Hygienist
Tina graduated from Quinsigardmond Community College in 2005, where she earned her RDH degree and license to administer Local anesthesia. Tina was awarded highest achiever in her class. Tina has provided high quality care and treats all patients as though they were family. When not at work, she spends as much time with her family and loves gardening.


Janine Opupele

Janine entered the world of dentistry in 1982, on the island of Maui, Hawaii. She attended the University of Hawaii Dental School and then relocated to Massachusetts, where she re-entered the dental hygiene program at Middlesex Community to earn her RDH degree. She enjoys hygiene especially teaching about the maintenance of good oral health and protection of gum disease. In her spare time, she enjoys scuba diving, surfing, golfing, traveling and spending time with friends and family.


Lorain Lapierre


Loraine is new to the dental field but an old friend to the medical field. She has enjoyed working as a Nurse’s assistant in various settings caring for patients from infant to elderly since 2011. She also served 6 years in the Army National Guard. Lorian is hoping to continue working towards her public health degree, in the near future. On her off time she enjoys hiking with her family, reading novels and playing with her dogs, duke and duchess.
